OBGYN Opportunity in beautiful San Fernando Valley, CA!
As our OBGYN Physician, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group Northridge, an established and comprehensive medical group serving patients in the San Fernando Valley. You will be growing our women's care team by providing compassionate and expert services at Northridge Hospital.
You will provide compassionate and expert women's healthcare, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of your patients within Dignity Health Medical Group Northridge.
To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate OB/GYN, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex women's health conditions and performing obstetric and gynecological procedures, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.
We are offering a guaranteed salary of $340,000, a sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance, and up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives. New hires meeting eligibility requirements may also qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
Job Requirements
Required

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution

Board certification or eligibility in OBGYN

Active or eligible license in the state of California
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
