What You’ll Do as an Employment Specialist:
- Account Management: Call and connect with Clients (Businesses)
- Recruiting: Review applications, schedule, and conduct interviews
- Placements: Match candidates with opportunities that fit their goals
- Sales: Drive results through sales and relationship building
What We’re Looking For in an Employment Specialist:
- Sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office & Outlook
- A team player with a go-getter attitude

Employment Specialist Pay: $45,000+ (based on experience), plus uncapped commission.
Employment Specialist Schedule: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
