What You'll Do

Clean residential and commercial windows using professional equipment and techniques.

Utilize advanced water-fed pole systems and traditional hand-cleaning tools.

Perform pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter cleaning services.

Maintain clean, organized service vehicles and equipment.

Deliver outstanding customer service at every Princeton-area job site.

Follow strict safety procedures and company standards.

Support Brand Growth: Participate in social media content creation (such as project photos/videos for @TheSqueegeeSocietyNJ) and on-site client care, including distributing marketing materials and thank you bags.

Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
What We're Looking For

Valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean driving record.

Reliable transportation to our Montgomery-area meeting location.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to approximately 20 feet.
