- Operate floor buffers and other custodial equipment to maintain high standards of floor care and buffing.
- Conduct manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy objects, moving furniture, or equipment while adhering to safe lifting practices.
- Maintain cleanliness in various environments including commercial buildings, industrial sites, and residential complexes through detailed cleaning routines.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to the appropriate teams.
- Follow established procedures for custodial work, ensuring consistent quality and safety standards are met at all times.
Requirements
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and proper use of custodial equipment like floor buffers.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining proper posture and technique.
