Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire kitchen team, including supervising chefs, cooks, and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and tasting to guarantee exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency.

- Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery and outstanding service.

Qualifications
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and catering environments.
- Proven supervising experience leading diverse kitchen teams with effective leadership skills.
