Our rapidly growing company is looking for experienced full-time Salon and Property Manager in Training to learn how to run a salon, manage the property & the beauty retail sales environment. This role is designed to train and develop a high-potential candidate (or ideal) for promotion into a permanent Salon Manager position. The ideal candidate:
- Be a highly motivated, customer service oriented individual
- Possess excellent people skills
- Possess strong management qualities
- Beauty Industry Management experience preferred
- Residential/Leasing experience and/or Retail Merchandising and Sales Management experience preferred
- Must have intermediate computer knowledge
- Basic accounting skills
