We are currently looking to hire full time Grill Cooks, who are passionate about their craft and have the desire to grow within our company. We are asking for a minimum of 3 years cooking experience in a comparable service style. Shifts are scheduled for PM (3 - 3:30p start time) , scratch experience is preferred, but not required.
Our current kitchen team is thriving under the direction of our Executive Chef Cameron Slaugh, recently of Osteria La Bucca in LA, and EMP in New York. With his leadership and dedication our concept and menu has been completely revitalized.

Expectations of Position:
- Station setup and miss en place.
- Following all recipe directions.
- Ensuring station sanitation as well as contributing to total kitchen cleanliness.
- Maintaining a steady pace and consistent production during service.
- Maintaining a calm demeanor and respectful attitude toward all staff and coworkers.
- Ability to work as a team member and independently when needed.
All Full Time positions, are eligible for the benefits listed below:
Sixty Days of Full Time Employment:
- Health insurance (medical w/ 50% contribution, vision (optional), dental (optional) and life insurance 100% employer contribution) 60 day probationary period applies.
Six Months of Full Time Employment:
- Gym membership reimbursement of 50% up to $50 monthly
- In house dinning allowance up to $100/quarter
One Year of Full Time Employment:
- PTO of forty (40) hours or five (5) full days off
- Research & Development allowance up to $250 biannually
- Annual Review with potential for immediate raises
Five Years of Full Time Employment:
- PTO of eighty (80) hours or ten (10) full days off
