Beach and Tennis Club Condominium Association is a 360-unit beachfront community in Bonita Springs, Florida. We are seeking a motivated and professional Assistant Community Association Manager to work directly alongside the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our growing community.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in community association or property management. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn every aspect of condominium management while taking on increasing responsibility over time.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the day-to-day management of a 360-unit condominium community
- Respond to homeowner, resident, tenant, and vendor inquiries
- Coordinate contractors and vendor scheduling
- Perform regular property inspections
- Issue parking permits and maintain community records
- Assist with maintenance requests and project coordination
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and Board meeting materials
- Monitor rule compliance and follow up with residents as needed
- Maintain association records and resident databases
- Assist with architectural review applications and owner requests
- Assist with emergency situations and storm preparation/recovery
- Support the General Manager/CAM with special projects and daily operations
- Collaborate with HOA Board of Directors
QualificationsRequired
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to walk the property and conduct inspections in Florida weather
Preferred
- Florida CAM License (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in condominium, HOA, apartment, hospitality, hotel, or property management
- Experience working with vendors and contractors
- Experience with property management software

Schedule
Tuesday–Saturday
Occasional evening Board meetings and weekend availability may be required for emergencies or special projects.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
