We are seeking a motivated Line Lead to oversee and ensure the safe, timely, and efficient completion of all Line orders. This is a key leadership role on our production floor, where you will help maintain high standards of quality, safety, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations on the Lines, reporting to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure all production orders are completed safely, accurately, and on time
- Coordinate with production staff to meet daily targets and resolve issues
- Monitor equipment, materials, and workflow to maximize efficiency
- Enforce company safety and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with tray pack equipment and related processes preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to safety and quality
