```Experience```
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse Case Manager
- Experience in managed care or insurance setting preferred
- Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing care plans
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy guidelines
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including emergency room (ER) or intensive care unit (ICU) settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient service
