Senior Construction Project Manager
Lead Landmark Ground-Up Developments with Real Ownership & Autonomy
A highly respected, vertically integrated real estate development and construction firm is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale mixed-use and multifamily developments from groundbreaking through certificate of occupancy.
This is not a corporate GC environment where decisions are buried in layers of approvals. This is an opportunity to take true ownership of complex projects, work directly with leadership, and play a major role in shaping high-profile developments from the ground up.
The company manages the full lifecycle internally — from land acquisition and design through construction and delivery — providing Project Managers with a level of exposure, authority, and impact that’s difficult to find in traditional construction environments.
If you’re looking for a role where your decisions matter, your work is visible, and your projects leave a lasting impact on the community, this is an exceptional opportunity.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $150,000 – $190,000, depending on experience
- Strong upward mobility as the portfolio continues to grow

- Life insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off
- In-person, collaborative team culture

Quality, Safety & Inspections
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure work aligns with plans and specifications
- Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain strong safety standards across the site
- Coordinate inspections with local building departments and third-party inspectors

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain complete project documentation including RFIs, submittals, daily reports, meeting minutes, and change orders
- Provide regular project updates related to schedule, budget, safety, and open issues
- Maintain accurate as-built records throughout construction
Project Closeout
- Drive projects successfully to certificate of occupancy
- Manage punch list completion across all trades
- Coordinate warranties, O&M manuals, as-builts, and final closeout documentation
- Support transition to leasing and property management teams
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of construction project management experience

- Proven success managing project budgets of $10M+
- Deep understanding of construction documents, means and methods, and building systems
- Strong proficiency with Procore and scheduling software such as MS Project
- Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices
