Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Metro Atlanta
Are you a Registered Behavior Technician passionate about helping children and young adults with autism achieve their fullest potential? As an RBT, you will implement ABA treatment programs designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a vital role in helping clients build communication, social interaction, problem-solving, and adaptive living skills.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect and record client data accurately during therapy sessions
- Assist clients in developing communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain professionalism and collaborate with clinical staff and families
- Follow clinic policies and procedures to ensure quality client care
Qualifications & Experience
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- At least 1 year of experience working with children and/or young adults with autism
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to clinic locations
- Candidates planning to relocate before starting are encouraged to apply
