Responsibilities include:
- Conduct FREE property inspections to determine whether damages may be covered under the homeowner's insurance policy.
- Educate homeowners about the insurance claims process.
- Gather and organize all supporting documentation for the claim.
- Attend inspections with insurance adjusters, engineers, contractors, and other experts as needed.
- Maintain open communication with insurance company representatives throughout the claim.
- Keep homeowners informed every step of the way.
- Negotiate claim settlements with the insurance company on behalf of the homeowner.
- Present all settlement offers to the homeowner and explain their options.
- Follow up upon claim completion to ensure client satisfaction.

- Commission-Based
- Expected Earnings: $100,000–$150,000+ per year
Requirements:
- Florida 0320 Public Adjuster License (Required)
- Authorization to work in the United States (Required)
