Seeking a motivated farmer to help run a 13,500 sf indoor facility. There are 220 flowering fixtures, with a large veg/propagation space.

The position is full-time and the starting wage is $22/hr.
Our genetics list is extensive and ever evolving, as is our experience with plants.
You will be working in close proximity with other growers to do our best to perfect this craft. This is a fast paced and detail oriented gig.

Responsibilities
- Sweeping, mopping, taking out trash; At its core, a lot of cannabis work is janitorial work. Cleanliness is next to Godliness.
- Assist with planting, watering, pruning, foliar sprays and harvesting plants to promote healthy growth and high-quality yields
- Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, light levels, and irrigation systems to ensure optimal plant health
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cultivation area, including grow rooms and common areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all cultivation activities
Skills
- Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and other maintenance tools safely
- Basic understanding of farming practices, agriculture principles, and horticulture techniques
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to irrigation or nutrient mixing
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking; comfort working outdoors or in controlled environments
