We are seeking experienced pool technicians to join our established pool service team. This position is ideal for professionals who already know the industry and are looking for a stable well established company with long-term growth opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Drive a company vehicle to customer locations following daily service routes
- Perform pool openings and closings
- Test, balance, and maintain proper pool water chemistry
- Safely add chlorine, acid, and other pool chemicals
- Clean pools using approved tools and equipment
- Inspect, maintain, and service pool equipment
- Perform minor repairs, including: Pump and filter replacements and onsite equipment repairs.
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Sand changes
- Heater repairs and replacements
- Complete service paperwork and communicate service needs to management
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous pool service or technician experience required
- Knowledge of pool equipment, maintenance, and repair practices
- Understanding of pool chemicals and safe handling procedures
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Trustworthy, team-oriented, and customer-focused
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
