Experienced Building Sales Representative
Roper Buildings – Southern Utah Area
Roper Buildings is looking for an experienced building sales professional to work and sale in Southern Utah.
We specialize in custom post-frame and steel buildings including shops, barns, equestrian facilities, commercial buildings, and large residential shop structures.
This opportunity is ideal for someone currently selling metal buildings, pole barns, trusses, construction packages, or similar products who wants to work with a company that can actually deliver high-quality buildings and support their sales efforts.
The Opportunity
- Sell high-demand custom buildings in a strong market
- Work with an established company known for quality and reliability
- Ability to generate substantial commissions on large building projects
- Strong support from estimating, drafting, and engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Meet with property owners, ranchers, contractors, and business owners
- Develop building concepts and prepare project proposals
- Guide projects through estimating, engineering, and permitting
- Build relationships with contractors, developers, and local networks
Ideal Candidate
- Experience selling construction or building-related products
- Comfortable working directly with property owners and contractors
- Self-driven and capable of managing a sales pipeline
- Knowledge of agricultural, shop, or commercial building projects is a plus
- Based in or willing to work throughout Southern Utah

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
