Compensation Packages and Benefits
OTR Company Driver – (Southeast)
- Drivers receive a 28% commission on line-haul for all loads hauled
- Drivers also receive 28% commission on selected accessorial charges, such as tarping, detention, and tipboard charges
Additional Pay Items for OTR Company Drivers
- $1000 Orientation Pay Per Week ($200 per day) + Hotel Option if needed
- 12 Days’ Vacation/PTO (6 Month Waiting Period)
- Annual Bonus based on tenure – Less than 3 years $1,250, 3 years or more $2,000
- Weekly Per Diem of $80.00
- Quarterly Safety Bonus
- Quarterly Equipment Reimbursement - $125 (PPE & Cell Phone)
- 90% Employer Paid Health Insurance for Employee (30 Day waiting period)

What You Offer:
- Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- 2+ years of Heavy Haul or Oversize/Overweight experience or come be trained to haul the big stuff if you have Flatbed or Step deck experience
- Commitment to safety and professionalism
