Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Management of the flow and movement of goods — from warehousing, inventory control, transportation, to delivery

Manage the inbound and outbound movement of all company inventory

Manage the distribution and shipping of company inventory parts and products.

Manage Warehouse sorting and organization of stored inventory (both physical location in warehouse and quantities in Inventory Tracking System

Create bar code scanning system of all inventory parts and products

Supervise/Oversee Warehouse Personnel

Prepare documentation and inventory for audits

Coordinate with Procurement and PM Staff
Required Work Experience and Skills:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations.

Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience leading logistics teams.

Demonstrate experience managing carrier relationships, inventory control, shipping and receiving operations, and logistics performance metrics.

Proficiency with ERP, WMS, or transportation management systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge required

Must be able to pass a Federal Government background check (civil and criminal)

Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Work Experience and Skills:
-
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or related field.

Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.

Certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP or Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals certifications.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; climb; stoop; kneel; crouch; reach; lift, use hands to finger, use fingers and hands to type or write; reach with hands and arms; light lifting up to 80 pounds may be required. This position is typically performed in a traditional office environment.

Starting pay salary scale: $50,000 to $55,000 per hour depending on experience level
