Rapid Growth Marketing is hiring Sales Team Members in Medford, OR. You'll be set up inside busy retail stores — engaging shoppers, presenting products, and closing sales on the spot. No door-to-door. No cold calls. Just real conversations with real customers indoors.
No experience needed. Full paid training from day one.
What You'll Do
- Work a branded booth at high-traffic retail locations throughout Medford
- Approach shoppers in a friendly, natural way and present our clients' products
- Close sales through genuine one-on-one conversations
- Hit daily and weekly targets and report activity to your team lead
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing and confident — you love talking to people
- Self-motivated and ready to hit your numbers every day
- Team player who can also work independently
- 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Prior sales or retail experience is a plus — never required

- $15.50/hour base pay, paid every week
- Average weekly earnings: $800–$1,200 based on performance
