We are seeking a team player, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, well organized, possess strong phone skills and enjoy a fast-paced, multi-task working environment. The ideal candidate must be reliable and organized.
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong data entry & computer skills with a heavy emphasis in Word and Excel
- Accounts Payable experience
- Accounts Receivable experience
- Prior experience in the construction, building products, and/or block/masonry industry is strongly preferred
Job Requirements
- A minimum of two years customer service and/or Associate’s degree preferred but not required
This is an industrial environment, requires attention to SAFETY, physical dexterity, and intermittently required to use hands, arms, legs, feet, and body.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Work Location: Marcellus, NY
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
