Fast-paced Property & Casualty Insurance Agency seeks a part time Customer Service Representative. We will be looking for someone with preferably a P&C License and at least 3 years of experience in an Agency setting or someone who is willing to learn the industry and has 5+ years in a Corporate Customer Service setting
This position is perfect for someone who needs some degree of flexibility in their work schedule.
Required Skills

- Communicate with all levels of clientele
Duties will include:
- Answering billing questions
- Troubleshooting
- Making policy changes
- Creating Certificates of Insurance
- Answering policy-related questions
