About the Role
As a Plastic Injection Molding Technician, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by overseeing the production of precision plastic components. You will utilize your technical aptitude to ensure machine efficiency, maintain high quality standards, and contribute to a safe, productive team environment.
Responsibilities-
Operate injection molding machinery to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.

Conduct rigorous quality inspections on finished parts to ensure adherence to technical specifications.

Perform secondary assembly tasks and finishing operations as required by project work instructions.

Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports, and documentation to track output and inventory.

Proactively monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with team leads and technical staff to troubleshoot production challenges and improve process flow.

Uphold a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company safety protocols and quality management systems.

Support the onboarding and training of new team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications-
Demonstrated ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
