Responsibilities
- Perform Standard, Deep, Move-In/Move-Out, and Post-Construction residential cleaning services
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Bring your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment
- Arrive on time and professionally dressed
- Take before and after photos
- Complete the required service checklist
- Communicate with our office regarding arrivals, job completion, and any customer concerns
- Deliver a five-star customer experience

Requirements
- Previous residential cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with internet access
- Professional cleaning supplies and equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance
- General liability insurance preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Compensation
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
Contractors are paid per completed project, not by the hour. The hourly rate displayed by Indeed is an estimate required by the platform. Actual earnings vary based on the number, size, and scope of the projects you choose to accept.
Weekly direct deposit is issued every Friday for work completed Monday through Sunday.
