JOB Assist Fashion & Apparel Merchandising Faculty in The Fashion Shop and labs as well as with class preparation/supervision and social media.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Duties Include:-
Help manage The Fashion Shop including: design ideas, event planning and management, create items, visual merchandising, assist other students participation in Fashion Shop, and other tasks as needed.

Organize, tidy, and maintain lab areas, closets and classrooms.

Assist with student organizations- FBA and Fashion Council.

Help plan and execute events including: Fashion Shop events, fashion shows, collaborations in community/ campus, etc.

Run and maintain lab equipment including sewing machines, sergers, embroidery, vinyl cutters, heat presses, etc.

Help students use equipment for projects and/ or Fashion Shop.

Supervise open lab hours (after hours periodically).

Assist professors with class preparation or supervision on occasion.

Work with a team to create a social media plan, create content, and manage posts.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Working Hours:-
To be decided when student is hired.
