We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus that meet dietary needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and sanitation practices.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with meal preparation for catering events as needed, ensuring timely service and quality presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management as necessary.
- Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and service throughout the dining experience.
Qualifications
- Pizza making is a plus!
- Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably within the food industry or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods.
- Experience with menu planning and dietary department operations is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
