Key Responsibilities
Provide direct resident care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Document resident care accurately and timely
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
Qualifications
Current state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
