Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
- Answer calls, texts, and emails professionally
- Check customers in and out
- Handle basic invoicing, payments, and receipts
- Communicate with technicians regarding job status and workflow
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred
