About the Role
Riechers Engineering is hiring a high-ticket sales closer to help us grow our California SB9 lot split service.
We help homeowners and property owners understand whether they can legally and practically split their property under California's SB9 law. Our team handles the engineering, planning department work, surveying coordination, and project management needed to move a residential lot split forward.
This is a commission-based sales role for someone who is confident on the phone, strong at discovery, and comfortable selling a high-value professional service. You will work with warm inbound leads, past leads, and homeowners who have already shown interest in SB9 feasibility, lot splits, property value, and real estate development opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Qualify inbound leads and determine whether they are a fit for an SB9 feasibility review or lot split service.
- Run discovery calls with homeowners, investors, agents, and property owners.
- Explain our SB9 process clearly and help prospects understand the next step.
- Follow up with warm and cold leads through phone, email, and CRM workflows.
- Re-engage older leads and move qualified prospects toward booked calls, proposals, and closed deals.
- Keep Pipedrive updated with clean notes, next steps, and accurate deal stages.
- Coordinate with the Riechers team when a prospect needs technical review or property research.
- Help improve scripts, follow-up systems, and sales processes as we grow.
Who You Are
- A strong closer who enjoys relationship-based selling.
- Comfortable selling a high-ticket service with a consultative approach.
- Confident speaking with homeowners and explaining value in simple language.
- Organized, accountable, and consistent with follow-up.
- Comfortable working remotely with tools like Pipedrive, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Real estate, construction, home services, mortgage, solar, or technical service sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Excited by a fast-moving company where your results directly matter.
