Position Overview
We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing care team in St. Petersburg, FL. This role provides non-medical, one-on-one care in clients’ homes.
This position offers flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time hours (20 to 40 hours per week), based on availability and client needs. Day Shifts Weekdays and Weekends available.
No prior home care experience required — we will train compassionate, reliable caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:

Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Mobility and transfer assistance

Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding as needed

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment

Provide companionship and emotional support

Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed

Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Ensure client comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
Qualifications
- CNA or HHA certification preferred (Florida)

Willingness to learn — training provided

Compassionate, dependable, and client-focused

Ability to assist with personal care, light housekeeping, and meal prep

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic documentation and record-keeping skills

CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening with fingerprinting (required)

Previous caregiving or home healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
