JOB This position provides support to the Coordinator of The Honors College by assisting with events and monitoring the Achauer House to support extended weekday hours. This role includes welcoming students, helping facilitate events, and performing nightly closing procedures to maintain a safe and organized environment.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Duties Include:-
Customer Service: Greet students and visitors, answer phones, and answer general questions to keep the house welcoming.

Event Assistance: Help set up, run, and clean up after events and activities.

Daily Maintenance & Closing: Perform nightly closing routines to keep the space clean, organized, and secure.

Office Support: Monitor shared tasks, print and prepare project materials, and assist with basic administrative needs.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Working Hours and Days:-
Monday through Friday 5-7 with occasional weekdays and weekends.

Work hours are flexible and primarily take place in the evening.

This is a part-time, on-campus position intended for student employment.
