As a Kitchen Prep, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Daily Prep: Prepare ingredients, portion, label, and set up stations to ensure the kitchen is ready for service.
- Recipe Accuracy: Follow established measurements and methods to maintain consistency in every dish.
- Kitchen Organization: Keep your workspace clean and organized, ensuring all stations are service-ready.
- Food Safety: Uphold sanitation standards, including proper cooling, labeling, and storage practices.
- Workflow Support: Assist in maintaining a smooth service flow and communicate effectively with the front-of-house team.
- Leadership When Needed: Step up to guide kitchen staff, maintain structure, and support daily operations.
- Inventory Awareness: Monitor ingredient levels and promptly communicate any shortages.
We’re seeking someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the role. To be successful, you’ll need:

Kitchen Experience: Prior back-of-house (BOH) experience is required for this position.
- Attention to Detail: A commitment to following recipes and maintaining high standards.
- Team Player Attitude: The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the team.
- Availability: Approximately 25–30 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends. Please note, we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
