Collective Staffing Group is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing healthcare team. We partner with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare organizations throughout Massachusetts.
As a CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care while working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals in a safe and supportive environment. We are looking for individuals who are committed to excellence, professionalism, and compassionate care.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Record vital signs as directed
Support nursing staff with patient care
Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety
Follow infection control and HIPAA guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation
Communicate effectively with healthcare teams
Qualifications
Active Massachusetts CNA Certification
Current CPR Certification (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
Authorization to work in the United States
