Dance Instructor – RickyDanco School of Dance
At RickyDanco School of Dance, we believe dance is more than movement—it’s a vehicle for personal growth, discipline, confidence, and opportunity. We proudly serve a diverse community of students, many of whom come from minority backgrounds and have never received formal dance training.
Our instructors are committed to creating a positive, structured, and inspiring learning environment where every student is challenged to reach their full potential. Through quality technical training, mentorship, and encouragement, our goal is to help students develop not only as dancers but also as confident, respectful, and resilient young leaders.
Responsibilities include:
- Teach engaging, age-appropriate dance classes while maintaining high technical standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Inspire students to develop discipline, confidence, teamwork, and artistic expression.
- Prepare students for performances, evaluations, and special events.
- Serve as a positive role model who reflects the values and mission of RickyDanco School of Dance.
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
