About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our dynamic property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting prospective tenants, showcasing available properties, and guiding applicants through the leasing process to ensure high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Process rental applications, verify references, and assist with lease approvals
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewals
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information
- Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to ensure units are market-ready
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents

Hours:
Tuesday - Friday: 10:00am to 6:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Pay: $17.50 per hour
