Exciting opportunity to join our team at our growing steel and stainless steel foundry.
Responsibilities:
-Cross training in multiple positions to cover when employees are off.
-Weighing of metals and transporting to melting furnaces (able to lift up to 50lbs)
-Operating induction melting furnace
-Verifying chemistry of metal once melted
-Pouring metal into dies
-Assisting casting machine operator to prepare for next casting to be poured
- Operate tube cut off saw
-Follow safety procedures and operate equipment properly
-In addition, a company wide profit sharing bonus is offered quarterly ranging from 5-12% of that quarter's wages.
-Hours: 5:00am - 3:00pm Mon-Thurs (four 10 hour days)
- Overtime necessary when production is needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
