General Van Technician

Job description:
A General Technician plays a key role on both the production and service sides of the shop. This position involves supporting repairs, upgrades, and maintenance across a wide range of van components, including automotive, electrical, plumbing, heating, and both interior and exterior systems. Technicians will work under the guidance of floor leads and a shop manager and provide assistance to other team members as needed. The technician will report to their ehe floor leads, shop manager, and the operations manager.
Schedule & Compensation
- Standard schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (4x10s)
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Breaks include two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 1-hour lunch
- 8 paid holidays per year
- Starting pay will be based on experience of candidate. Negotiable from $22/hr.
Technician will be eligible for employee health benefits after 90 days of employment. Plan options can include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, health savings plans, and more. TOURIG covers half of all benefit costs. Technician will receive a clothing stipend once a year and a tool stipend twice annually.
