Kitchen is open 7 days a week from 11am to midnight. We are only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas, so plenty of hours to work!
Sundas are REQUIRED
Looking for someone to close mainly with some early days thrown in.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Assist in menu planning to create exciting and innovative meal options
- Ensure all food is prepared safely and meets health regulations, maintaining the highest standards of food safety
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling practices
- Utilize your knife skills to efficiently prepare ingredients for cooking
- Participate in catering events, providing exceptional service and delicious meals for guests
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting fellow cooks and kitchen staff
Basic qualifications
- Experience in a culinary role within the food industry or restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with dietary department practices or experience as a dietary aide is a plus
Preferred qualifications
- Fine dining experience that highlights your ability to create exquisite dishes
- Proven skills in meal preparation, menu planning, and catering services
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team
