Gym Operations & Marketing Coordinator
The Gym Operations and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating an exceptional member experience while supporting daily operations, marketing, sales, and overall success of the gym.
This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, values health and fitness in their own lives, is creative, organized, and enjoys social media content creation, and is also able to connect with people in real life as well.
Responsililities
- Welcome members and build relationships within the organization.
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, and other digital channels, ensuring targeted audience engagement.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing, demand generation marketing efforts, and improve overall campaign performance.
- Conduct web analytics reporting using tools like Google Analytics to analyze campaign effectiveness, website traffic, and user behavior for data-driven decision making.
- Oversee content creation of social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.
- Conduct tours of new potential members as well as assisting existing members with account updates, and general customer service.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support advertising sales initiatives and develop compelling marketing materials that align with goals.
- Research market trends and competitors to inform content marketing strategies and enhance our digital presence in B2B marketing environments.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel campaigns.
- proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML basics, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and similar.
- Education or experience with social media branding and content creation.
- Experience with marketing automation.
- Canva, Cap Cut, Captions knowledge for quick editing and production of materials
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines; strong organizational skills are essential.
- Strong research skills combined with analytical thinking to interpret web analytics reports for continuous improvement.
