The Lingual Tree, Inc. is seeking a motivated SPED Case Manager to join our growing team and support a Los Angeles charter school during the 2026–2027 school year.

The Lingual Tree, Inc. is a Los Angeles-based Non-Public Agency (NPA) providing high-quality speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, school psychology, and special education services to charter schools throughout the Los Angeles area.
Founded and led by a California-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, we value collaboration, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to improving student outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor a caseload of students with IEPs while ensuring compliance with state and federal timelines
- Coordinate and facilitate annual, triennial, amendment, and initial IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Monitor student progress toward IEP goals and maintain accurate documentation in SEIS, Welligent, or other school-based systems
- Provide Resource Specialist Program (RSP) services
- Maintain compliance with special education regulations and school policies

Qualifications
- Valid California Education Specialist Credential or other appropriate California Special Education credential
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Experience with SEIS, Welligent, or similar IEP management systems preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Successful completion of required background clearance, TB test, and any school-required health documentation
