Requirements
- MA Hoisting License (1A or 2A)
- CDL Class A
- Clean driving record
- 3+ years site work experience
What You’ll Do
- Run excavators, skid steers, and site equipment
- Excavation, grading, and utility installs
- Pavers, patios, and retaining walls
- Dump truck and roll-off operation
- Snow plowing and salting in winter
Pay & Perks
- $28–$38 per hour (based on experience)
