Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Cabinet Shop Helper and be a vital part of crafting high-quality cabinetry and custom woodwork. This position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team. Flexability is a must. You will have many rolls and will move through tasks as needed.
Duties
- Keep the shop clean by throwing away trash, sweeping, and making runs to the dump.
- Sanding and prepping parts in the spray room
- Loading and Delivering cabinets, millwork, windows, and doors.
- Helping installers on site as needed.
- General helper in the shop.
- Package intake and organization for inventory and jobs.
- Possibility to learn to final assemble in the spray room
- Possibility to learn CNC and Edgebander operations.
Qualifications
- Valid drivers licience
- Reliable transpertation to and from work
- Experience with trailers is prefered
- Basic understanding of computers and ipads
- Ability to lift and walk with 50+ lbs
- Strong work ethics
Hours
- Our team works 4 - 10 hour days Monday - Thursday. Hours are 6am-4:30pm.
- After your first year you will have 40hrs of paid leave.
- After your first 90 days you will be able to join our 401K program with a 2 year vesting period.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
