Job Summary
LoPresti's Pizza & Grill is hiring dependable and motivated team members to join our restaurant support staff. We are looking for both opening and closing crew members who take pride in keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and fully prepared for a successful day of service.
This is a hands-on position that includes stocking, food preparation, receiving deliveries, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Whether you're an early riser or prefer late-night shifts, we have opportunities available for both opening and closing teams.

Responsibilities
- General Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Opening Shift Responsibilities
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, and supplies
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and work as part of a team
- Lift and move boxes, supplies, and equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
- Open and prepare the restaurant for daily operations
- Receive and organize deliveries
- Stock refrigerators, shelves, and prep stations
- Prepare fresh lemonade, sauces, and other food items
- Ensure all stations are fully stocked before opening
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, and supplies
Closing Shift Responsibilities
- Restock all stations for the next day's service
- Sweep, mop, and deep clean kitchen and dining areas
- Move and clean under heavy rubber floor mats
- Wash dishes and cleaning equipment as needed
- Take out trash and recycling
- Complete end-of-night cleaning checklist and prepare the restaurant for opening the next day
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, and supplies
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and work as part of a team
- Lift and move boxes, supplies, and equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
- Closing shifts typically end between 2:00–4:00 AM, depending on business needs.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
