Overview
We are seeking energetic and motivated Flooring Sales Professionals to join our dynamic team. This commission-only role offers a 50/50 split of sales revenue, providing an excellent opportunity for high earners who excel in outside sales and customer engagement. If you have a passion for flooring, renovation, and interior design, and possess strong negotiation skills, this position is perfect for you!
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their flooring needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct outside sales visits to residential and commercial sites, showcasing flooring options and design ideas.
- Negotiate pricing, project scope, and terms with clients to close sales
- Maintain detailed account management records and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or high-end sales environments.
- Familiarity with flooring products, renovation projects, or construction processes is
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to upsell additional services or products.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Experience with interior design, remodeling, or construction enhances your candidacy.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and customer relationships effectively.
