SUMMARY
The Car Wash Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales and membership growth by delivering an exceptional customer experience, educating customers on wash packages and membership options, and recommending solutions that best meet their needs. This role serves as a key customer facing representatives of the business and is expected to build positive customer relationships, create a welcoming sales environment, and support efficient daily operations. - Cooperate with medical providers, company representatives, and return to work processes as applicable following a workplace injury or incident.
- Operate equipment, tools, and site systems responsibly and in accordance with established procedures to minimize preventable accidents, damage, and safety risks.
Technical Expertise
- Execute and oversee shift cleaning checklists during each shift, ensuring both interior and exterior areas of the facility are maintained to company cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Complete routine operational inspections and checklists to verify the proper functioning, cleanliness, and readiness of all car wash equipment and facility systems.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of car wash operations, equipment, chemicals, and standard operating procedures to support safe and efficient site performance.
- Identify, document, and communicate equipment issues, damaged materials, or other questionable conditions to management in a timely manner to minimize operational disruption.
- Follow established procedures for vendor and delivery check in processes, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with site expectations.
- Support safe and efficient traffic flow by assisting with vehicle staging, directing customers into the wash process, and helping maintain an orderly site environment.
