We are looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. You’ll be the backbone of our beverage operations, ensuring our clients’ soda fountain systems are installed perfectly, running smoothly, and repaired instantly when things go south. From CO2 systems to syrup pumps and ice-combination units, you are the expert who keeps the soda flowing.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Set up complete fountain beverage systems, including carbonators, cooling units, manifold systems, and BIB (Bag-in-Box) racks.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues within fountain dispensers and cooling systems.
- Repair & Maintenance: Perform emergency repairs and routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime for our clients.
- Water Quality: Install and service water filtration systems to ensure the highest product quality.
- Customer Service: Provide professional, on-site support and training to restaurant staff on basic equipment operation.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience specifically with beverage dispensing equipment (Lancer, Cornelius, etc.).
- Technical Chops: Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, CO2 safety, and low-voltage electrical components.
- Problem Solver: You don't just "swap parts” you find the root cause of the issue.
- Mobility: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for field service travel.
- Availability: Full time Monday -Friday 8:30am- 5:15pm. Emergency on call evenings and weekends on a rotational basis once training is complete.
