San Antonio Shoemakers has an opening for a Janitor/Housekeeper.

Job Responsibilities
-
Cleaning offices, cafeteria, restrooms and windows
-
Sweeping, mopping and dusting
-
Restocking hand soap, toilet tissue and paper towels
-
Taking out trash from the offices, restroom and cafeteria
-
Other duties as assigned
Must Have These Attributes/Attitudes/Aptitudes:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, open work-space environment

Ability to work well with a team or autonomously

Ability to safely, physically and competently perform routine maintenance
Physical Requirements:
-
Must be able to push a mop bucket with water that weighs 20 lbs. and without water 7 lbs.

Must be able to use a wet mop up to 7 lbs.

Must be able to pull and push a supply cart with wheels that weights 15 lbs.

Must be able to stand/walk for 8–10 hours
-
Must be able to pull trash bags out of a trash can that can weigh up to 25 lbs.

Moderate twisting, lifting and climbing stairs throughout the day
