Revelare Kitchens is a growing leader in residential Bathroom remodeling, delivering high-quality kitchen sales and installations for existing homes across multiple states. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee daily production operations at the local level and ensure exceptional project execution and customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of installation scheduling, field operations, and customer experience within their branch for bathroom remodels. This role serves as the key link between installers, customers, and internal teams—ensuring projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
● Schedule and coordinate bathroom installation projects
● Oversee and manage bathroom installers to ensure quality and timeliness
● Process and manage installer payroll accurately and on time
● Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
● Meet with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
● Handle and resolve customer complaints and project-related issues
● Maintain accurate records and utilize company systems for reporting and tracking
● Enforce accountability across the team, including performance management and
terminations when necessary
What We’re Looking For:
● Experience managing teams and driving accountability
● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
● Comfort working with computers, systems, and reporting tools
● Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and field teams
● Hands-on leadership style with a proactive approach to issue resolution
● Construction or remodeling experience is a plus, but not required
