We are a data center construction company, and we are currently hiring a Platform Product Design & Operations role to support the operations of our data center logistics platform.

Responsibilities
- Product Design: Based on the business workflow to design and optimize the platform product.
- System Implementation: Help the business team to complete the system initialization for the reusable system functions.
- On-site and Online Support: Answer and record system problems raised by users, and summarize the potential optimizations of system functions to the product team.
- System Operations Training: In charge of the user manual doc, videos and on-site training for the users.
- Digital Operations: Based on the business data to build up the digital operation tools including but not limited to dataset, dashboard, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's and above, engineering related majors are preferred.
- Bilingual daily conversion ability (speak and write) for English and Mandarin.
- Fundamental data analysis ability, Excel is required, while SQL is preferred.
- Curiosity and passion for problem solving, both conceptually and analytically, towards optimizing strategy.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
