We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender, In this role, you will be the face of our bar, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional beverage service, engaging conversation, and a keen eye for detail. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. Some weekends and holidays are mandatory as we are open all year.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed
Skills
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
