Job Type: PRN on weekends
Location: King County, WA
Pay: $45–$60/hour DOE
Join our hospice team as a PRN Weekend Registered Nurse serving patients throughout King County. In this role, you will provide compassionate end-of-life care, perform patient assessments, manage symptoms, coordinate care plans, and support patients and families in the home setting.

Complete hospice assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Provide skilled nursing care, medication management, and symptom control.

Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Educate patients and families on care needs and disease progression.

Participate in on-call and team meetings as needed.

Current Washington RN license.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.

Hospice agency experience required.

Current CPR certification.

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills.
